Safraz Sheriffudeen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
A creative and innovative entrepreneur, Mr. Safraz Sheriffudeen is founder and CEO of V-Net Communications. He is responsible for the strategic vision, direction, performance, growth, and expansion of the “V-Net” brand into emerging markets.
Safraz has over 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunication. He is trained and certified in SAP Technology Solution and previously managed projects related to the country-wide deployment of microwave sites in Guyana which supports data, voice, and video services. He is also a certified GVF Satellite Communication Professional. Mr. Sheriffudeen completed his Master of Business Administration (Distinction) at Anglia Ruskin University (UK).

Martin Leich
Operations Manager
Mr. Martin Leich is our Operations Manager. He manages and oversees the technical operations of the company. His practical and technical background includes 14+ years of experience in Networking, VSAT systems, and technical support adds a wealth of knowledge to his important portfolio. He has acquired various certifications in areas relating to the company’s services and offerings. These include: SIP, Telecommunications Networking, and Voice over IP. Martin is also CompTIA A+ certified, possesses Agile Project Management certificates through EDX.
Mr. Leich completed his certification in Supervisory Management Skills from the University of the West Indies. (UWI).

Renatta Sheriffudeen
Strategic Human Resource Manager
Mrs. Renatta Sheriffudeen is our Strategic Human Resource Manager and hails from a background in Teaching and Effective Classroom Management Practices. She also has a Trained Teachers’ Certificate and joined V-Net Communications in 2016. She has previously served in the capacity of Office Manager before being elevated with the responsibility of managing our Human Resource Department in 2022. With her hardworking, helpful, independent and motivated nature, she is well suited to ensure our staff receives the support and guidance towards effectively executing their duties.
Renatta is currently pursuing a professional certification in HRM Practices and Techniques at Conley University (USA).

Key-Accounts Manager
Mr. Nawaz Sheriffudeen is our Key-Accounts Manager and is responsible for the proper management, governance and maintaining relationships with our clienteles.
He further oversees the management of sales and day-to-day client relations, and has over 19 years of experience in relation to CRM functions. His effective product and service delivery acumen is boosted by his training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of the West Indies. (UWI)
Nawaz academic background also includes a certificate in Effective Service Delivery from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.

Mr. Fardeen Sheriffudeen is our Digital Marketing Administrator responsible for the digital marketing and administration of our corporate websites and various social media platforms.
Fardeen has 10+ years of experience, he currently oversees the development of strategic and innovative solutions to promote our services. Fardeen’s technical background and knowledge makes him essential in future development, implementation and improvement in our services.
In addition to his certifications in Network Essentials, PC Repair and Maintenance, and CompTIA A+, Fardeen also holds a certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of the West Indies (UWI).

Khemchand Mohabir
Senior Field Engineer
Mr. Khemchand Mohabir is our Lead VSAT and GPS Tracker installer and comes with over 17 years of experience in VSAT installation processes, Networking, and PV Deployment combined. Mr. Mohabir possesses a wealth of knowledge and technical skills in the Automobile electrical field, as well as AC and DC electrical systems. Prior to joining V-Net Communications in 2017, Khemchand has worked on several telecommunication projects both, locally and internationally.
Khemchand acquired certifications in Architectural Drawing and Building Engineering from the Government Technical Institute (GTI) (Guyana), and has other certifications in Automotive Starting Systems, AC Electrical Circuit Analysis, Analog Electronic Circuit Designs, and Solar Energy Systems.

Mr. Mohindar Ramprasad is our Senior Field Engineer. A very competent and hardworking Field Engineer, he has over 12 years of experience in VSAT installation and networking. His skills include Computer Repairs and Maintenance, VoIP Configuration and Installation, GPS Tracker installation, as well as CCTV Installation.
His GVF Satellite Technologies Certifications give him a strong foundation to implement and support our innovative services and has acquired his experience working on several telecommunication projects both, locally and internationally.
Mohindar holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the Government Technical Institute (GTI) (Guyana).

Keemo Paul
Director of PR
Mr. Keemo Paul is our Brand Ambassador and is a talented Guyanese international cricketer who plays for the West Indies Cricket Team.
Keemo represented Guyana and the West Indies Cricket Teams at various levels throughout his career, he represented the West Indies Under 19 Team at the 2016 ICC World Cup as they became champions and has since then gone on to play for a number of famous franchise teams around the world. These include, the Guyana Amazon Warriors (Guyana), Delhi Capitals (India), St. Lucia Kings (St. Lucia), Montreal Tigers (Canada), Quetta Gladiators (Pakistan), Hobart Hurricanes (Australia) and the Colombo Stars (Sri Lanka).
Keemo made his international debut for the senior West Indies Cricket Team in 2018 and currently plays for the Guyana Harpy Eagle, where he is also the Vice-captain.
